Karen's career began in New York City's elite salons, where decades of dedication took her from high-profile chairs to lead hairstylist on major stages. Early on she styled icons including Diana Ross, Rolanda Watts, Rita Pointer, and Melba Moore, and trained under master stylist Clem Lueyatt, known as "The Master Weaver."
